The Green Towers are intended to the services sector and are made up of a three-storey base and further 15 storeys that progressively “step back” while rising high. Sustainability is the main guideline of the complex, while bioclimatic and environmental analyses forged the curvilinear proceeding upwards.
A further main characteristic is distribution flexibility, that is made possible by the use of dry-assembled technology (S/E).
High thermal insulation, bioclimatic greenhouses and solar chimneys allowed to get high levels of environmental comfort and energy saving, by favouring the spontaneous behaviour of the building.
