AIACE, through the knowledge and specific skills acquired over the years as a partner of important service providers, is able to analyze and evaluate, with specific attention to the contextual variations and the ever-changing legislative urban frameworks, the value of the properties. In order to correctly complete purchase and sale transactions, insurance transactions, estimates and appraisals for damages in relation to atmospheric events, feasibility of development operations and for the determination of the most probable cost of reconstruction, AIACE has developed internal procedures capable of making efficient, effective and relevant the outcome of the various activities related to the specific assessment performance. The activity consists of surveying, analyzing and describing the main characteristics of the properties, parametric estimates deduced from the reference literature, the reference frameworks and internal databases, an analytical estimate of the consistencies that characterize the building and estimates for development.
