The project regards the design, construction and management of an environmentally friendly housing complex of 140 units.
The project aims at offering a new way of imaging the city, against the standard models of current architecture and traditional technology. Included in the project is a variety of blocks of houses and one-family units which are different from one another, as far as typology and dimensions are concerned. With the purpose of offering the best conditions of environmental comfort, climatic and energy sources are used and managed rationally, through advanced plants and composition solutions.
