Feasibility study

The project is a residential complex of villas of various types, with low environmental impact. Main theme is the environmental compatibility, both as preservation of features of the place, both as minimizing of energy use, through hyper-insulation, free solar gains, use of renewable energy and recycling materials. One of the key points is the study of the building orientation to the sun path. Analyzes carried out led to the choice of the East-West axes as result of the optimization of the building/solar radiation relationship. The Resort was designed in a 5×6 m steel modular structure, depending on choices of technology, architecture and flexibility and with the possibility of using architectural features contemporary or typical of the place.
