Concept store feasibility study

The guideline for designing a multinational concept store arises from the innovative idea of ​​a new production process for ice cream, which combines the tradition of this food with the innovation of the production process. The development of the concept is represented by different possibilities, with the final result of a combination of tradition and innovation, sought and obtained through, for example, the use of different materials: use of wood and traditional technical materials for the production of ice cream on the one hand, innovation in lighting accessories and in the public presentation of the new production method on the other hand.
Even planimetrically, if on one hand the stations follow the approved distribution of traditional ice cream stores, the innovation in the idea of ​​modularity and flexibility of the spaces, meets the demands of adaptation of the store to different countries and different spaces.
